Chinese Herbs

All herbs are available on a seasonal basis, and each season ripens a different portion of the plant. Roots are most potent when harvested in fall, winter, and early spring. Leaves, stems, buds, and flowers mature early summer through early fall. Autumn ripens fruits and seeds. Our job is to connect you with the seasons of your herbs.

And remember, some herbs require time! Many species, particularly root crops, must be grown for two or more seasons before harvest. View our harvest timeline to see which herbs will be coming in from the field. Please contact us if you are interested in herbs you do not see on our list.
