Chinese Herbs

All herbs are available on a seasonal basis, and each season ripens a different portion of the plant. Roots are most potent when harvested in fall, winter, and early spring. Leaves, stems, buds, and flowers mature early summer through early fall. Autumn ripens fruits and seeds. Our job is to connect you with the seasons of your herbs.
